Vendors will be provided with standard 8 foot banquet style tables to set up their booth. We are currently limiting the number of tables to 12 due to space limitations. Each vendor will be provided with 2 chairs regardless of the number of tables. You must first fill out an application if you wish to sell at Winona Con. Once approved, you will be able to select your table(s). When registering for your tables you will have to option to add access to electricity ($10) and additional chairs ($2 each).

Vendor fees are $75 per table. Electricity is available for an additional $10 and you must provide you own extension cord and power strip as necessary. Additional chairs are $2 each. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all sales tax on items sold at the convention and reporting using the rules of the State of Minnesota.

Click Here for the vendor hours. Vendors are required to have their booth open on Saturday, but Friday evening and Sunda are optional. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by the time the convention opens on Saturday. You may use Friday to set up even if you will not have your booth open that day. Vendors may not tear down their booth until 6pm Saturday but may stay open as late as 9pm. Vendors who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave the convention with no refund.

Vendors will receive 2 badges per table. We will create these badges for you when your account is approved and can be used for game play. Additional badges (up to 6 for a total of 8 per vendor) may be purchased for $10 each when reserving your booth. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times while at the convention. Vendors who lose their badge may purchase a replacement for $10.

Winona Con is a family friendly event. Vendors are asked to keep their displays and merchandise family friendly. This is the first annual event so we cannot provide attendance numbers at this time. We will update as we get closer to the event.

During setup times we will allow vendors to park near the entrance to the venue. Once you are unloaded we will ask you to part in the lot furthest from the doors to allow guests to park closer. Please check with a staff member if you have questions on where to park.

The following items are prohibited and cannot be sold at Winona Con: AI Art, Food or beverage, animals, weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, adult, and pornographic materials. Additionally, bootlegged merchandise is not allowed, this includes 3D printed figures, videos, etc. Vendors selling unlicensed works or those that break international copyright or trademark law may be removed from the convention with no refund.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SML Fun, Inc., sponsors, owners, the Riverport Inn, and their respective officers, agents and employees, against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) and charges of every kind arising out of or resulting from its occupancy of the space herein contracted for by reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by any persons or others. Vendor acknowledges that neither SML Fun, Inc. nor the indemnified parties maintains insurance covering the Vendors property. SML Fun, Inc. shall not be responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to Vendor, whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes. All items brought to the convention are displayed at Vendors own risk, and should be safeguarded at all times. Vendor agrees that SML Fun, Inc. shall not be liable in the event of any errors or omissions in official listings or in any promotional material. SML Fun, Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to the number of event attendees or the demographic nature of such attendees.
